About Me.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego, and completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin!

I have experience working with adults in intensive outpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. I am passionate about working with individuals navigating OCD and anxiety; I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is the gold standard treatment for OCD, and also known to be successful for anxiety disorders.

I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation where you can be honest about what's going on, even when you aren't really sure how to put it into words. I have a warm, direct approach, while still meeting people with understanding and compassion!

Services and Pricing:

I provide virtual therapy in both English and Spanish. I offer private-pay services, and am in-network with Aetna and Cigna.

Sessions are $125 for 50–55 minutes.
